The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) is Pakistan’s flagship social protection programme, targeted at the poorest households across 149 districts in Pakistan.
Our team was chosen to assess the impact that this pilot programme had on a number of Kenyan households affected by HIV, and to lay out recommendations for future improvements.
