Shiv is an Assistant Consultant in the Poverty and Social Protection team, with experience in social protection in East Africa. Since joining OPM, he has been involved in several projects including supporting an evaluation of Rwanda’s flagship social protection programme, and working on a couple of projects that aim to strengthen and integrate child protection in MENA.

He holds an MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Durham University.
