Oxford Policy Management’s consultants Ed Humphrey and Marcela Tarazona will be speaking at the Development and Climate Days during COP 2023 in Bonn. The session, organised by OPM-led Action on Climate Today (ACT) Programme in partnership with IIED, will take place on 11 November at 2pm in Yu Private Theatre in Kameha Grand Bonn.

Under the title The Adaptation Finance Hackathon: Crowdsourcing Innovations for Enhancing Accountability and Transparency, the event aims to bring together practitioners, negotiators, scientists and policymakers to encourage discussion around improving mechanisms and approaches for enhancing downward accountability of international adaptation finance and for tracking domestic spending on adaptation and its success.

OPM’s Climate Change team has made extensive progress identifying and championing the importance of financing frameworks for resilient growth (FFRG) during their work in South Asia. Join us at the Hackathon to find out how FFRGs can help deliver an effective approach for MRV for NDCs.
