The Trade and Poverty Programme is a multi-country programme to develop capacity to formulate and negotiate trade policy and strategies, to enable stakeholders outside government (including the poor) to influence trade policies and to enable trade policy issues to be better reflected in central budgetary and economic reform processes. OPM provided the Assistant Project Manager for liaison with DFID. We contributed to the design of country projects and the development and implementation of a Monitoring and Evaluation System, as well as conducting an Output-to-Purpose Review.
